In the 2nd quarter of 2023, I will be opening up the next cohort of the Expansion Mastermind.
It is a group for women who are desiring accountability, traction in their intentions, and encouragement along the way.
Based in mindset and somatic practices for deepening into greater alignment with our desires and intentions, the mastermind will be a mix of live calls, audio trainings, 2 breathwork experiences, and a group chat for community and connection.
My intention is that we arrive to December 2023 proud of the holistic progress we have made in our lives, and that we have shown up with courage and trust in what is possible.

That being said, this BONUS CALL is a stand alone session for anyone who is interested in checking in with the status of your progress to date in 2023.
